A copy of Albert Einstein’s iconic jacket can be bought for 1,100 euros

Levi’s has relaunched the Menlo Cossack Jacket worn by Albert Einstein in the 1930s.

The Nobel Prize winner wore this jacket for Time magazine in April 1938. By the way, Levi’s already released copies of Einstein’s favorite jacket in 2018 and 2019. True, then they could be bought in black. Now the brand has released a model of cognac calfskin. The jacket is released in limited quantities: a total of 250 jackets will go on sale (these models are also suitable for women).

A copy of the iconic jacket can be purchased from December 1 at the brand’s Japanese online store, as well as at Levi’s flagship stores in Tokyo and Osaka. The Menko Cossack Jacket will cost 165,000 yen.
