adidas Originals has teamed up with Los Angeles-based sportswear brand Sporty & Rich for the first time to create a collaborative collection. The philosophy of Sporty & Rich is based on the idea of physical and mental well-being, harmony and self-care. The brand equally appreciates sports activities and quiet leisure, relaxation, therefore, it develops things taking into account different pastime options. This approach also formed the basis of the collaboration with adidas. Sporty & Rich offered their take on the style of the German sports brand and its recognizable wardrobe items and shoes. In addition, the partners were inspired by vintage sports fashion. The result is a relaxed collection that will help you relax and gain strength in style and comfort.
The line includes comfy everyday pieces, silhouettes featuring adidas’ signature 3-Stripes and Trefoil, and three of the most sought-after running shoes – the Campus 80, Samba OG and Stan Smith – each complete with the Sporty & Rich emblem and logo. The palette is based on muted, soothing tones with a retro character: white, wine and green. The range includes sports pants, tracksuits, t-shirts and sweatshirts that successfully rhyme with basic things. All garments are made from Beckenbauer Pique, adidas’ signature cotton-blend comfort fabric. The logos of both brands are placed on the zipper and on the outside of the items.
