Fashion house Saint Laurent will open an exclusive sushi restaurant in its Parisian boutique Rive Droite. It will work only from September 28 to October 7 during Paris Fashion Week. WWD writes about it.
The menu will be provided by the team of the iconic Los Angeles establishment Sushi Park and its chef Peter Park. The brand said the “culinary event” will be the first time chef Peter Park will cook at a different location.
Peter will arrive in Paris at the personal invitation of designer Anthony Vaccarello, his longtime client. Bookings and tasting fresh fish will only be available from 28 September to 7 October during Paris Fashion Week.
Sushi Park, opened in 2006, is known for its gourmet chef’s menu and has “become one of the city’s most iconic culinary establishments.”
