Kaja Kallas steps down as Prime Minister of Estonia

According to Delfi, Kaja Kallas is leaving the post of Prime Minister of Estonia. The publication notes that Kallas made this decision as a compromise with the Isamaa party for the rapid formation of a government. “I made this proposal myself, because if I just appointed new ministers, there would be a lot of noise and discontent,” she said. “The important thing is that in the current situation we have a functioning majority government, and it is important to me that we reform Estonian-language education and take the necessary steps to help people cope with the crisis.”
