Alina Polishchuk is the founder of the successful Ukrainian brand OneLuxy, known for its stylish clothing and exclusive collections. Popular among celebrities and fashion bloggers, the brand has earned the trust of clients both in Ukraine and abroad. We sat down with Alina to learn about her journey to success, work principles, and plans.

Tell us about your journey to success. Your brand has received numerous positive reviews from clients and celebrities. How did you achieve such success?

It’s quite simple – you just need to prioritize and plan everything properly. The path was challenging. The story of OneLuxy began in 2016. Since then, we have been growing and evolving every day, every minute, step by step, year by year.

The journey has been tough but incredibly exciting. At the beginning, when I first started our store on Instagram, there were only a few platforms like that. Today, I can confidently say that our brand is in the top ten in Ukraine. Our clients are luxurious women, and many famous celebrities wear our clothes. We open stores and successfully set trends in the fashion industry.

What has helped you reach such heights in fashion and maintain client loyalty?

Of course, we follow fashion trends and get inspired by world-renowned brands. But the most important thing is adding our unique touch to every collection – our special “highlight.” Our clients appreciate this very much, and that’s exactly why they love us. We are always striving to stay unique.

How do you manage to keep your clients while attracting new ones? Many aspiring designers want to start their own brands and realize how difficult it is.

First of all, we use only the finest fabrics and never compromise on quality. At the same time, we keep our prices affordable, so that women from different segments, both standard and premium, can afford our products.

We often hear that our items look like they cost a thousand, fifteen hundred, or even two thousand euros, but in reality, they cost much less. This is our business strategy – not to raise prices, even though we source our fabrics from the world’s best manufacturers, where the standards are the highest. For example, we use natural silk and exclusive prints.

Why did you choose this strategy?

Our goal is to allow every woman to feel luxurious, regardless of her budget. We stand out among other brands due to our affordability, quality, and uniqueness. This allows us to maintain a high standard and attract new clients every day. Our loyal clients, who have been with us from the very beginning, remain committed. That’s something I’m very proud of.

In your opinion, what is the key reason for such long-lasting success?

The key is a love for what you do, constant development, and a desire to make women happy. We’re always experimenting, improving our collections, and doing everything we can to ensure our clients feel confident and luxurious.

It’s very interesting to learn how many people are involved in your production and how many work in your team.

I can confidently say that in the last two years, we’ve almost doubled in size. This growth isn’t just about opening stores, but also expanding our team that creates the clothing: seamstresses, designers, content creators, models – it’s a large number of people. I think you can see that our brand has grown significantly, especially in terms of new products and the development of video and advertising concepts for Instagram.

How many people are involved in the process?

Today, we have around 100 people. For example, we have up to 50 people working in production. The rest are those who respond to customer inquiries, stylists, and those involved in advertising campaigns. We have a very large team, and I can confidently say that it’s constantly growing.

Do you attract new talents to your team?

Yes, we are constantly on the lookout for new talents, and we receive thousands of messages every day from people who want to collaborate with us, whether as models or videographers. This brings us immense satisfaction.

Do you have any specific achievements you’re particularly proud of?

I’m very proud that we continue to create clothing in Ukraine, even during such a difficult period as the war. In addition, we have the opportunity to help our country, for which we receive numerous awards and thanks. It’s truly inspiring.

Where can people buy your products? Where are your stores located?

First of all, I want to say that on September 28, we are opening a new boutique in Kyiv, on 28 Velyka Vasylkivska Street. It will be a large 200-square-meter store with a new designer concept. We invite everyone to attend the event – there will be celebrities and bloggers. It’s one of the main events of the year.

Do you have stores in other cities or countries?

Yes, we are in Odesa – there’s a large store there as well. We also have stores in Dubai, and we’re negotiating the opening of a physical store in Warsaw. We are also present in Milan and the Netherlands. And we have a store in Cyprus.

Is it possible to order your products online?

Yes, it’s important that people can purchase our clothing even where there are no physical stores. We send out thousands of parcels every day and receive fantastic feedback from our clients after they receive their orders. We’re very proud of that!
