Mariana Lapchynska-Bykalo
Mariana is an entrepreneur and co-founder of a manufacturing company that has successfully operated in the Ukrainian market for more than 15 years. Today, the company includes a growing team of over 30 people, continuously developing new products and scaling its ideas.
