Yuliia Kychyla: The Freedom to Be Yourself

Yuliia Kychyla has never tried to fit herself into a single role. She is an entrepreneur, the founder of the children’s education space Hello Kids, a woman who shares her life through her blog, and someone who decided to pursue music simply because it felt right. Her journey is shaped by curiosity, new opportunities, and a willingness to explore. In our conversation, Yuliia reflects on entrepreneurship, music, the mountains, and finding balance between public life and inner stillness.

Yuliia, you wear many hats—entrepreneur, content creator, and creative spirit. Which of those roles feels closest to who you are today?

To be honest, I don’t really think of myself as a blogger. I’m simply someone who shares her life. I have a wide range of interests, ideas, and personal experiments, and people seem to enjoy watching how I grow and evolve.

Entrepreneurship is a major part of my life. Working in early childhood education is especially meaningful because you’re helping shape the next generation.

Recently, I’ve also become interested in nutrition and dietetics, and I’m currently studying both. In general, I don’t like mapping out my life years in advance. What matters most to me is maintaining a balance between business, creativity, and personal growth while staying connected to the things that genuinely inspire me.

Hello Kids is a modern private preschool. When did you realize you wanted to create a space dedicated to children and their development?

It all started when I became a mother and seriously began thinking about the kind of environment I wanted my child to grow up in.

I wanted to create a place where children would feel comfortable, engaged, and supported—a space where they could receive attention, encouragement, and the freedom to develop naturally. At first, I imagined just one small, welcoming preschool.

Once the project came to life, I realized how unique it is to work with children. They’re incredibly genuine and experience the world without filters. That’s when you begin to see this work, above all, as a responsibility and an investment in the next generation.

Over time, the project continued to grow, and today I’m excited to keep expanding it.

What values and skills do you hope children gain through the educational philosophy of Hello Kids?

The most important thing for us is that every child feels free to be themselves.

We’ve created an environment where every child is heard, respected, and recognized as an individual. Each one develops at their own pace, with their own interests and talents, and our role is to help those qualities flourish.

We place great value on self-confidence, critical thinking, curiosity, and openness to the world.

We also pay special attention to health and nutritious eating because what children eat has a direct impact on their physical development, energy levels, and cognitive growth.

For me, the greatest measure of success is seeing a child excited to come to preschool every morning.

Hello Kids has already become a recognizable brand. How do you see the project evolving in the future—a network of educational spaces, an international franchise, or an entire philosophy of early childhood education?

For me, Hello Kids is first and foremost a philosophy of education.

I believe in the concept of small, intimate preschools. Even as the project grows, it’s important to preserve the atmosphere of warmth and trust. In spaces like these, children and teachers truly know one another, families build closer relationships, and a genuine sense of community develops.

It’s because of Hello Kids that I’m currently completing my master’s degree in Psychology and Education at Dragomanov University. I want to deepen my understanding of child development and shape my own educational approach.

Looking ahead, I’d love to see Hello Kids become something bigger than a network of preschools—a modern educational culture that helps children grow into confident, independent, and open-minded individuals.
