Disney + revealed the first official trailer for Billie Eilish’s Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles concert. In the film, the singer will perform all the songs from her new album.
The trailer shows concert excerpts and animations created by Oscar winner Patrick Osborne. The film will take viewers on a journey through the most famous locations in Los Angeles.
The film was directed by Robert Rodriguez. The film was filmed at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Along with Billie Eilish, her brother and producer Finneas O’Connell, the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra and the Los Angeles Children’s Choir took part in the concert.
“I definitely have dreams of Los Angeles. A completely different world, intertwined with my world. It’s a concert film, but at the same time it’s a story,” says Eilish in the trailer. “Such a beautiful, timeless version of Old Hollywood and the Hollywood Bowl.”
Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles will premiere on September 3 on Disney+.
