“I would’ve done for nothing”: in which movie would Catherine Zeta-Jones play for free?

Catherine Zeta-Jones is clearly not in poverty and her salaries are quite satisfactory, especially considering her latest project, the Wednesday series, which has become wildly successful. But still, according to her, there is one film in which she would star for free.

The actress told InStyle that she would have starred in the 2002 film Chicago for free: “Forget about the Oscar of it all, but just personally, as an actor, I felt so complete within the role. I would’ve done [the film] for nothing, and I’d do it all over again. I felt maybe the most secure I’ve ever felt,” she said.

Catherine won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance as Velma Kelly in Chicago in 2003.
