The Greek Ministry of Health announced the start of vaccination for adolescents aged 12 to 15 from the beginning of August. This is reported by The Guardian.
At the moment, about half of the population in the country has completed the full course of vaccination.
In this case, the vaccination will not be compulsory for children. However, the Minister of Health of Greece Vasilis Kikilias urged all citizens not to ignore the proposal from the Ministry of Health. In particular, about 30 thousand invitations have already been sent to adolescents aged 15 to 17 years.
