The founder of Amazon and the richest man in the world according to Forbes, Jeff Bezos went into space on a New Shepard rocket. Along with him on board were his brother Mark, 82-year-old Wally Funk (an aviator who was chosen to fly into space in the 1960s, but she could not fly) and 18-year-old Oliver Daemen, son of the founder of the Dutch company Somerset Capital Partners.
The flight lasted about 10 minutes, the spacecraft reached an altitude of 100 km – the lower limit of space.
