Johnny Depp will receive the Donostia Honorary Prize of the San Sebastian Film Festival at a ceremony on 22 September. The organizers of the festival called Depp “one of the most talented and versatile actors in modern cinema.”
The Donostia Award has already been received by actors such as Ethan Hawke, Sigourney Weaver, Judy Dench, Penelope Cruz and Viggo Mortensen.
The San Sebastian Film Festival will take place from 17 to 25 September at the Kursaal cinema.
