Ukrainian singer Iryna Bilyk rarely speaks about her personal life today, choosing to keep that part of herself far from public scrutiny. Yet in the past, the artist’s private world was anything but quiet: her romances — some civil partnerships, some official unions — were followed closely by fans and the press alike.

Bilyk met producer Yuriy Nikitin in 1990 at a music festival. What began as a professional collaboration gradually evolved into a romance that lasted until 1998.
Even after their breakup as a couple, their working relationship continued for many years — until 2014, when Bilyk announced the end of their partnership, noting that she felt a lack of attention from the producer:
“Concerts, creativity, image — everything was on me. I like when someone is fully focused on my work, and Yuriy suddenly had too many other projects.”
During her relationship with TV host Andriy Overchuk, Bilyk welcomed her first child — a son, Hlib. The couple was together in the late 1990s and even held a church wedding in 1999.
A striking detail: her bridesmaid was Olha Horbachova, who later became Nikitin’s partner.
In 2001, Bilyk and Overchuk separated, reportedly due to the man’s repeated infidelities.
After her breakup with Overchuk, Bilyk began a relationship with choreographer Dmytro Kolyadenko. Their romance was described as explosive and emotional — filled with jealousy, quarrels, and reconciliations.
Kolyadenko first appeared alongside Bilyk in her music video “Lyubov. Yad.” Despite proposing to the singer, the couple ultimately ended their relationship in 2006.

In 2007, while competing on the show Dancing with the Stars, Bilyk grew close to dancer Dmytro Dikusar, who was 15 years her junior.
Later that year, the two held a symbolic wedding ceremony in Rio de Janeiro. The union was never made official, and in 2010 the couple went their separate ways.
Russian-Azerbaijani photographer Aslan Akhmadov became Bilyk’s only legal husband. Their professional collaboration blossomed into a relationship, and in 2013 they officially married.
According to the singer, Akhmadov helped her rediscover her own beauty:
“He said, ‘Ira, you are such a beautiful woman.’ I hadn’t heard that in a long time.”
In December 2015, the couple welcomed their son, Tabryz. Due to health issues, Bilyk openly shared that she turned to a surrogate mother.
Their family lived apart for years — Iryna with their son in Ukraine, Akhmadov in Russia. In 2021, news broke of their separation.

According to unconfirmed reports, both of Bilyk’s sons currently live in Spain.
In 2025, the singer stated that she is not interested in new romantic relationships — as she put it, men “do not interest” her at this stage of her life. Since her divorce from Akhmadov, Bilyk has not confirmed any romances and avoids public comment about her personal life entirely.
