In a world where connections often matter more than circumstances, and values have become a new form of currency, women’s communities are moving beyond traditional networking and evolving into spaces of strength, growth, and transformation.

This spring, the Vienna-based women’s club Woman’s Affair celebrated its second anniversary.
In just two years, Woman’s Affair has grown from an intimate circle into a powerful community of women who create, scale, and support one another. The idea was conceived by Ukrainian entrepreneur, mother of six, and founder of the charitable foundation “MAMA Plus Ya,” Natalia Syvak, who envisioned a space in Vienna where women could gather not only to connect, but to grow, develop, find support, and stay inspired. Today, Woman’s Affair represents something far greater than a traditional women’s club.

Natalia Syvak
It is a community united by shared values. Its members include entrepreneurs, executives, experts across industries, creatives, and women who are building their own ventures or still defining their direction. Each brings her own experience, personal story, achievements, and challenges. Some are expanding businesses in Ukraine and internationally, others are building careers, while many are simultaneously exploring new personal and professional dimensions. Members pursue a wide range of interests—from art and travel to sports and philanthropy. This diversity is what keeps the community dynamic and deeply engaging, creating an environment where meaningful conversations and learning happen naturally.
The anniversary evening, held on March 7 in central Vienna at “THE GRAND PERL Vienna,” reflected this philosophy. The atmosphere was refined and meticulously curated, with a clear focus on aesthetics, quality, and a sense of belonging to an exclusive circle.

A key role in shaping the evening was played by the event’s partners, including jewelry brand “NOVI Jewelry,” companies “Yana Luxury Travel” and “Prime Holiday,” beauty salon “G Bar Central,” brands “ARTRAMUS” and “Creatore,” beauty salon “Top Secret,” jewelry house “ZARINA,” company “Vinothek Corkout,” Vienna Beethoven Group GmbH, brand “OBIIMY,” photographer Olga Pysarenko, Adel Desserts, Business ML magazines, as well as other brands and companies aligned with the club’s values.
Their involvement went beyond visibility—it contributed to the creation of a shared experience where every detail mattered. The evening featured not only networking and conversation, but also a thoughtfully designed show program that set the tone for the entire event. Live performances on stage added an emotional, immersive dimension to the atmosphere.

A defining moment of the evening underscored that the true strength of a community lies not only in its capabilities, but in its ability to impact lives. A charity auction was held in support of Ukrainian orphans under the care of the “MAMA Plus Ya” foundation. For Woman’s Affair, philanthropy is not an addition—it is an integral part of its mission. At the core of the community are its values, which shape both its atmosphere and its approach to interaction.
As founder Natalia Syvak notes:
“The core values of our club are empathy, compassion, emotional intelligence in relationships, and mutual respect. We are creating a space where women don’t compete, but inspire each other and grow together.”

Woman’s Affair stands as a clear example of how women’s communities can shape a new culture of influence. In just two years, it has brought together women who combine professionalism, creativity, and social responsibility. The club has become a platform where experience, knowledge, and mutual support translate into tangible results and new opportunities for growth.
