Зеленський підписав закон про “інвестиційних нянь”

Підтримку зможуть отримати інвестори, сума інвестицій яких перевищує 20 мільйонів євро

Президент Володимир Зеленський підписав законопроєкт “Про державну підтримку інвестиційних проєкт зі значними інвестиціями в Україні” № 1116-IX, прийнятий Верховною Радою в грудні 2020 року. Про це повідомляється на сайті глави держави.

– Цей документ сприятиме відновленню інвестиційної активності в Україні після кризового 2020 року. Закон передбачає надання державної підтримки українським та іноземним інвесторам із загальною сумою інвестицій від 20 млн євро, – зазначили у відомстві.

Даний законопроєкт передбачає підтримку підприємств, які працюють у переробній промисловості, транспортній галузі, освіті, науковій і науково-технічній галузях; охороні здоров’я, мистецтві, культурі, спорті, туризмі та курортно-рекреаційній сфері.

Також закон дозволить створити спеціальний державний орган, який буде займатися супроводом інвестиційних проєктів, допомоги інвесторам від початку проєкт і протягом всього часу його тривалості.

Вперше термін “інвестняня” прозвучав з вуст Володимира Зеленського на початку 2020 року на Всесвітньому економічному форумі в Давосі. Президент України пообіцяв, що інвестори, які вирішать вкласти в Україну понад $100 млн (пізніше планку вирішили знизити), отримають окремий контракт з державою, податкові канікули на 5 років і спеціального менеджера-опікуна, який говорить п’ятьма мовами і 24 години на добу готовий розв’язувати проблемні питання – “інвестиційну няню”.

На початку липня 2020 року глава держави вніс цей закон в Раду. Парламент схвалив його за основу в кінці липня. 17 грудня 2020 року Верховна Рада прийняла законопроєкт у другому читанні.
