According to Deadline, streaming service Apple TV+ plans to produce the series “The New Look” (“New image”) about Coco Chanel and Christian Dior. Its action will unfold in the twenties of the last century and will be devoted to the professional path of fashion designers. In addition, the series will also tell about the fate of Pierre Balmain, Hubert de Givenchy, Yves Saint Laurent and other visionaries. Oscar winner Juliette Binoche and Emmy award winner Ben Mendelsohn will play the lead roles in the project. It will be written and directed by Todd A. Kessler and filmed in Paris.
